These terms govern your use of BlitzRank, operated by Neuralway Technologies Private Limited. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you can accept these terms on its behalf.

Your account

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information. Protect your credentials, grant access only to authorized people, and tell us promptly if you suspect misuse. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account, integrations, and automation settings.

The service

BlitzRank helps organize research, content, publishing, and search and answer visibility. Features may vary by plan, integration, provider availability, and release stage. A feature shown as unavailable cannot be used until enabled. Illustrative examples on the website are not customer results.

AI-generated material can be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to other material. Review factual claims, rights, suitability, and regulatory requirements before publication. Search rankings, traffic, indexing, mentions, recommendations, and citations are not guaranteed. Observations describe a specific measurement and can change.

Your content and connected accounts

You retain your rights in content you provide. You grant us the limited permissions needed to host, process, transform, and deliver that content to operate the service under your instructions. You must have the rights and authority to use supplied content, websites, sources, and connected accounts.

You control whether work remains a draft, requires approval, or may be published under configured automation. Disconnecting an integration stops future access; it does not automatically remove content already published to your website. Third-party services have their own terms and limits.

Plans, payments, and trials

The selected checkout displays your plan, currency, applicable taxes, billing interval, discounts, and total before you confirm. Published launch prices are $49 per site per month for Lite and $99 per site per month for Pro. Portfolio discounts apply according to the number of eligible sites shown in your quote.

Dodo Payments is the merchant of record for purchases made through its checkout. Its applicable buyer and payment terms also apply. Test-mode checkout is a simulation and must not be represented as a live purchase or used as proof of a real payment.

A three-day free trial has no charge at signup. The checkout shows the recurring price and tax that will apply when the trial converts. Earlier paid three-day trials retain their quoted $1 charge and $1 first-invoice credit. Trial usage and publishing limits are shown in your account. Cancel before conversion to avoid the recurring charge. Paid subscriptions renew unless cancelled before the next renewal.

Cancellation and failed payments

You can request cancellation through the billing controls or support. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. A trial cancelled before conversion does not convert to the paid plan.

After a failed renewal, the intended recovery period is three days of normal access followed by seven days of read-only access. Billing restrictions do not themselves delete customer data or remove published content. We may require payment before resuming paid work.

Refunds

A first paid invoice is eligible for review within seven days if no article has been published or exported and usage remains below any threshold disclosed before purchase. If no usage threshold was disclosed, an undisclosed threshold will not be applied to reject a request. Renewal refunds are considered for duplicate charges, billing errors, legal requirements, and individually reviewed exceptions. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Acceptable use

Do not use BlitzRank for unlawful content or activity, infringement, fraud, harassment, malware, credential theft, unsolicited bulk messaging, or interference with others' services. Do not bypass account boundaries, security controls, usage limits, or third-party access restrictions. You may not resell unauthorized access to the service.

Availability and suspension

We work to keep the service reliable, but maintenance, provider outages, and failures may interrupt it. We may restrict or suspend access to address abuse, security incidents, nonpayment, or legal requirements. Where practical and lawful, we provide notice and a way to resolve the issue.

Rights and responsibility

The BlitzRank service, software, design, and branding remain the property of their respective owners. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a guarantee that it will meet every requirement or produce a particular commercial outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update the service and these terms. Material changes to a paid subscription are communicated before they take effect where required. The revision date identifies the current text. Contact support for account, billing, cancellation, refund, or terms questions.
